Specially trained behavioral facilitators are chosen from various backgrounds like Engineering, Service, Life Sciences, Defence, HR, Teaching and many more fields to make the training experience rich, apt and constructive.

• Outdoor Experts – More than 100 Outdoor Experts that include the 30 Outdoor Anchors to organize activities and monitor safety on programme. All experts are specifically trained to handle different kinds of groups and are sensitive to the participants needs. They are also trained in first aid, rescue and necessary outdoor skills to conduct different kinds of outdoor programmes.

• Dedicated Sites – There are 5 High Places sites that have been developed and maintained to cater specifically to Outdoor Programmes.
